The guest only has to pay for the food supplies and the flat rate.(inclusively room plus one meal or All inclusive) per person and day and all exclusive services of the hotel. You can book via internet, phone or directly in the hotel.
The care is managed by local agencies (Incoming agency). Locations which you reach by yourself (Germany, Austria, Netherlands and Switzerland) are not taken care of by agencies. Offered services like transfer, trips are bookable via internet, phone and in your hotel.
You are able to book lowcost carrier or charter flights for almost all locations for daily actual prices.
All services of your hotel will appear to you through the symbols in the catalog and you will also find the prices for breakfast, dinner and the flat rate. In many hotels breakfast and/or dinner are free or the flat rate is decreased up to 50 % for kids up to 18 years of age.
